I bought this for my wedding based on reviews. This is a “bulky” corset…It’s very high and can be seen through dress tops…. I do think, it’s very slimming but if you have a low cut dress (which I did) – this would show or even a small hint of cleavage this would show through… It is also very hard to do up…. I needed help… needless to say if I tried this on before I wouldn’t have bought it… I had very high hopes ;-(

It is a pretty corset and looks really good on, there are ribbons lacing up the back which look really nice but if you want any kind of staying power, you have to switch them out with real laces, which I will be doing. The only thing I really don't like is the closures - they use metal sort of hook and eye closures that are a real pain to use. I ordered this corset for my wedding day – the dress itself has boning in it, so I didn’t mind if the corset was more for looks than function. It is a pretty corset and looks really good on, there are ribbons lacing up the back which look really nice but if you want any kind of staying power, you have to switch them out with real laces, which I will be doing. The only thing I really don’t like is the closures – they use metal sort of hook and eye closures that are a real pain to use. Was I pleased when I saw that Pendelton Wool Mills were offering their longer mens wool robes and in larger sizes (my husband takes an xxL. I go tright on and ordered it (never mind that it cost double wha tmos troves cost. They last fo ryears. The old on e he word was quite tattered bu the kept wearing it and held out for a (larger size) replacement. Before, they only offered mens wool robes to teh knees. My hubby wanted that cozier longer “old fashioned” style.
Apparently they brought it out special for Christmas. He loves it.
Oh;it arrived in plenty of time from Amazon. Thank you. Terri

I bought this one for my very, very picky man. He absolutely loves it! It is lightweight, but very warm. I have purchased several robes for him in the past. Unfortunately they all make him sweat because they don’t breathe like this robe. The fabric allows for perfect temperature regulation. This robe is worth every penny of the sales price.

I'm 33 weeks, 5 foot 6 and about 170 pds right now, with a bust of about a 38/D, dress fits great. I do wear a little tank under it for work. Hits above my knees just as picture shows, it is thinner material but I don't feel I need a slip under it. Wish I could get it in a bunch of colors. I bought this because it was so affordable and just hoped for the best. I’m 33 weeks, 5 foot 6 and about 170 pds right now, with a bust of about a 38/D, dress fits great. I do wear a little tank under it for work. Hits above my knees just as picture shows, it is thinner material but I don’t feel I need a slip under it. Wish I could get it in a bunch of colors.
